Piles and anxiety
I have been taking Lonazep.0.5 and tryptomer 25 after dinner for anxiety and sleep disorder. now I had internal piles in February 2023 which was recovered within 15days. last week my psychiatrist stopped lonazep.0.5 but my piles came back again Now again I started lonazep.0.5 and piles are gone. why lonazep is affecting my piles?

It is coincidental and not because of the medicine per se. However for the hemorrhoids you need to consult nearby doctor and get it thoroughly checked.

Any of the medications you have mentioned has nothing to do with piles. Please consult for piles.

Any antipsychotic medicine generally doesn't cause pile But some antipsychotic can cause constipation and constipation can stimulate the pile symptom . You should take attention of your diet so that  constipation will not happen.
