Diet and exercise are very important to control the hormonal imbalance in PCOS. 1. U can consult doctor to confirm if u r ovulating or not. Medicines can be given to help in follicular growth and ovulation in case you are not ovulating. 2. HSG(TUBE TEST) - to confirm if tubes are normal or not as there is history of pid 3. Semen analysis for male partner If all these are normal , there is good chance of conceiving naturally.
