Hi, you might not want to accept this so easily but sometimes its best to let go. You are only 19 years old and there are still many fishes in the pond. And if the feelings are one sided then there will be no justice to your relationship. However, if you strongly believe that there is still a strong bond of 'love' and its unconditional between the two of you then you could try couples counseling.
The best as of now would be to take a break and give space to each other as you both might be suffocating one another unknowingly by trying too hard to make things work for you. This will give you time to evaluate your situation objectively.
Young love can be passionate with extremely strong emotions but you have to learn to look at things objectively and in long term perspective. Don't let the stubbornness get over you.
