Hello,
These symptoms are suggestive of Delusion and OCD. In OCD thoughts or images are repetitive, irrelevant, not under control and causing distress. Whereas in Delusion there is a persistent false belief which patient believe it to be true when in reality it is not. It can affect anyone and it can be treated with medication and behavior therapy.
