Hi, You ever thought of why you are tempted to particular type of food? Even when you have not tasted it before. Why you have liking towards one particular colour? Well all of these choices and likes and dislikes are feeling of the past, called associations. Somewhere in past you might had an incident (not so comfortable one) where you have either associated loud noise or specifically the sound of thunder with fear. Despite any reason our main goal is to dissociate. Let’s see what all can we do here:
Next Steps
1. Sit down for sometime. Think about thunder. In that memory, hear it as music, as a sign of rain. Or as sign of something that says time to do your favourite thing. Just like school bell! When it rings we know class is over. 2. There are few songs where sound of thunder is played as background music. That really goes well with whole song. After you do 1st activity for 2 weeks and feel ready go to 2. But then if ever you feel anxious stop then and there and play your favourite song. This way you know it’s in your control.
Health Tips
Sound of thunder is beautiful. You don’t have to like it but definitely should not be scared also. I would suggest for more clarity and better understanding do take few sessions. Take care

Hi there, It just means you cannot tolerate sudden sound and sudden movements... Let me tell you, light travels faster than sound... So, what you can do is as soon as you sense sudden flash of light, with in 8 seconds thunder will follow, so as soon as u sense lightning get prepared in your mind that thunder for sure will follow... It need some practice.... Nothing to worry about... Talk, have a session and we can sort out... Take care...

Hi I appreciate your efforts to take help from experts.. Yes I understand few of them will feel anxious for high sounds, whether it is a thunder, just a blast of pataka bombs and others. At this time try to accept the situation like, think about how thunder will happen, it is two clouds coming together. normally this we will make children understand that, two  clouds are playing, normally in few states child and elders will hit their head slowly and make child laugh.. So try to think in positive side of this situation.. Same time work on other triggerance if anything else is making you anxious along with sound. However take help of experts to cope and handle the problems. Take care stay positive.
