Hello Doc. Well I'm a M.pharm(pharmacology) student. Since 2 yrs ago I suffered from High blood cholesterol. I recovered from it withing 2 month. Since 1.5 month ago I got chickenpox. And got severely weaken for a while. However I'm fine now. But somewhere I'm literally anxious about my health. Even if I'm getting some sneezing it feels like now I'll be ailed. Even though if I may get throat irritation i feels like now I'll get ailed for something. Even i didn't ate any homemade paratha also just because I thought like no if i ate this I'll get acidity. I'm fearful of something. I don't know. And I feel this kind of problems from last 3-4 weeks.

Hello, Whenever a person falls ill back to back he anticipates anxiety and associates anxiety to the situations which are not at all anxiety provoking.Health is a continuum not two extremes i.e, one can get sick and then can be healthy again its not like a person who is ill can never be healthy and vice versa.Just focus on positive things,try deep breathing and mindfulness exercises
