It can be stress disorder leading to mild ocd behavior. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

Hi... Please consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions. The issues that are repressed in your subconscious or unconscious mind are coming out in the form of these fear of HIV contamination, etc. After 6-8 sessions you will see considerable improvement in your condition. Complete recovery may take some more time.
