Phobia anxiety related to viva exam .
When I went to Viva anatomy exam like viscera table ,bones ,and histology .I feel severe anxiety and feeling like tremor.There is increased sympathetic stimulation leading to inotropic domotropic and chonotropic action on heart.and in this time due to anxiety I forget some things that I have read earlier.so doctor on Monday and Tuesday is my Viva can I take Etizolam 0.5 mg +propranolol 20 mg for this performance anxiety?

After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests.... You having anxiety with panic attacks. Start SSRI and do yoga . You can add one more CBT.
