Phimosis problem
I am 24 years old...i am suffering from phimosis... my foreskin is very tight...I am afraid of surgery...I want to cure it without doing any surgery... please help me

hi, phimosis is now can be treated manually, but not available in india presently as it is not medically recognised, esp it is treated with mechanical devices where the fore skin is drawn back in regular steps, it is in to practice in UK and US. but it takes much time probably mnths to an yr, based on the condition of the patient. even in UK and US also only few doctors are recommending, as many doctors are still believe that CIRCUMCISION helps preventing many STDS which is utterly false.
You have said, you are 24yrs, so when did you come to know that you had phimosis ? generaly it is two types since birth i.e genetical or due to some accute condition or trauma.
coming to treatment in other ways surgery is the only option in allopathy in India, but it is some what dissappointing to the patient, as after circumsicion Glans i.e the head of penis undergoes Keratinisation which is the natural protection of skin to prevent dermal damage, so in that process the Sensitiveness of the Glans which is naturally there due to foreskin and the moisture keeping it lubricant will be lost, ultimately the Glans becomes somewhat rough and pleaure also comprimses due to the roughness, but it doesnt affect climax or erection or orgasm unless Frenulum along with foreskin is removed, As frenulum is the main point which gives pleasure and helps in reaching orgasm.
manually also many doctors advice trying with different creams and lotions and trying to masturbate, which will give partial cures, but when done prefectly bearing the pain and stress it can cure completely but cautioning yourself is more important as you may not know how much pressure is to be applied in preventing the tearing of foreskin in the process of stretching and end you up in complication.
in homoeopathy also only few Paraphimosis cases can be cured, it is doubt whether complete phimosis can cured or not esp if it ia congenital, but if it is aquired due to some accute conditio or trauma phimosis is definitely cured completely in homoeopathy with whatsoever the severity may be.
coming to mechanical treatment which i have mentiones above (which is not available in india) some devices have designed to be worn daily to stretch the skin back with tension, as foreskin is elasrtic and has the property of stretching phimosis can be cured with it, but it is a lengthy process and takes mnths time, but it should be done under proper supervision with an expert.

I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision).
