Hello User As per my view about your query. 1. In phimosis there is a difficulty to get down foreskin while erection and after one year of treatment he gets good relief although he feels tighness of skin. and he it disturbed from this issue, as he is sending messges twice a day. 2. You have not disclosed as, do you feel any problem while intercourse? like pain etc? 3. If he has pain while erection or can not move down full foreskin after fully erection of penis then it needed to have a small surgery of phimosis. It is very small surgery and it will not hurt anything, but after that you both will feels good after getting healing of the surgery. 4. Please consult a general surgon and take advise for surgery from there. Medicines will not work long time. Note : Advises given here are basis on safety and availability of everywhere. Although, result may depends on quality from manufacturer of medicines. Sometimes it needs surgical assistance. Consult Surgeon and take consultation. I think it will help you. Homoeopathic medicine will help in any disease conditions. But phymosis needs surgical intervention.

There are more than 20 medicines in homeopathy for the treatment of phimosis. But according to homeopathic point of view only one is best for you. If you have received that one you will not be cured.

For phimosis the definitive treatment is SURGERY. It's a minor surgery and minimum pain. It'll take just 1 day hospital stay and costs minimal. Contact nearby Govt. Hospital or nearby General Surgeon. No more medicine, no more massage.
