Phimosis and penis size
I am 19 years old and I can retract my foreskin when not erect but I can't retract foreskin when erect . , if I try forcefully ,I am scared i might hurt myself. And also I am just 5 inch erect , and also I heard phimosis hinders penile growth , is it true ?. Does that mean my penis didn't grow to full size during puberty ? If yes than what should I do ?
