29 years. Not able to retract my skin below the head of penis. I only remember of my foreskin going behind my glans accidentally while sleeping when I was about 16 years old.
Thereafter I haven't done it. When I try it now , it can't be pulled back.

If the foreskin is too tight and cannot be retracted over the head of the penis, this condition is referred to as phimosis. It can cause discomfort, difficulty with hygiene, and, in some cases, lead to complications such as infections or pain during intercourse. Depending on the severity of the condition, treatment options range from topical medications and stretching exercises to surgical interventions. In more severe cases, a circumcision, which involves the removal of the tight foreskin, may be recommended to resolve the issue effectively. For more details pls consult
