Peyronie's disease usually leads to scar tissue formation within the penis causing the penis to bend, curve, loose girth.
In Acute stage the pain and scar tissue formation can be helped through homeopathy.
In chronic stage: once the scar tissue has formed, reversal to original form is very difficult.
In case there is only mild change in curvature or girth, no treatment is necessary.
In case curvature is more than 30degrees then scar tissue will have to be broken down surgically, through collagenase injections or by means of traction devices.
Depending on which stage you are in treatment plan can be made.
Further are you diabetic or suffering from any other diseases ( autoimmune conditions).

The curvature and penile shortening associated with Peyronie's disease might gradually worsen. At some point, however, the condition typically stabilizes after three to 12 months or so.
Pain during erections usually improves within one to two years, but the scar tissue, penile shortening and curvature often remain. So it is always advisable to initiate the treatment as early as possible to avoid worsening and achieve stability.
