I have stress anxity and some times high bp with light head ness.. Consulted cardiology Doctor and he prescribed prolomet xl 25 mg mrng and nexisto ls at night time...i have consulted nuero physician and he prescribed only petril beta 10 at morning time...which medicine i need to continue..is these additive or habit forming tablets? Please advice 🙏🙏🙏
