High BP after shifting to Nexito 2.5 mg
I have been on Nexito 5mg since 6 months and Gabapentin 300 mg since 5 months. Last week I shifted to Nexito 2.5mg and Gabapentin 200mg. Befor shifting to Nexito 2.5mg I was on Nexito 5 on one day and Nexito 2.5 on other day for 10 days. Now my BP is around 150/80 since 3 days. Is my BP high. Should I take any tablet explicitly to normalise this BP? My psychiatrist Doctor said it is due to anxiety and withdrawal symptoms of nexito tapering. Kindly advise what I can do now?

Follow your psychiatrist ok Do BP charting 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Digital bp apparatus are not accurate. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce your caffeine intake. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't take unnecessary stress. Don't over think.
