Recently doctor has prescribed me nexito plus for insomnia for one month , during this period shall I take any allergy medicine for cold ?? Like montair LC ?? Will create any side effects ?? Or any other medicine interact with nexito plus ?? Pl advice

Nexito Plus contains Escitalopram (SSRI) and Clonazepam (benzodiazepine) — both can cause sedation.
Montair LC contains Levocetirizine (antihistamine) and Montelukast, which can also cause drowsiness.
➡️ Combining Nexito Plus with Montair LC may increase sedation, dizziness, and impair alertness, especially in the first few weeks of therapy. Get your psychiatrist once before self medication
