Hi Sir, i underwent through ACL reconstruction surgery on 17th June, 2019. I did regular exercises for 2-3 months and achieved good range of motion. But till date the pain has not subsided and every stride i take, i feel the pain just over the area of stitches. I did cycling for 6 months continuously and still there was no effect on the pain. Also i have achieved 90% bending of the knee not full bending. Please help.

Hi. So there are some reasons for the persisting pain after surgery and includes neglected meniscal tear, impingement of the graft on femur and associated cartilage lesion . I would suggest you to see your treating doctor or any sports surgeon of your choice to reconsider the cause of pain. After clinical examination you might need a repeat MRI if needed and decide upon what has to be done. Wishes
