A reconstructed ligament is subject to injury similar to normal knee. So that would be my first suspicion. Do get yourself examined and get X-rays done.
Assess your patellofemoral joint by getting a x-ray skyline view. It is the patellofemoral pain due to sitting for long , sitting at lower heights and in knees bend.
only pain or associated with weakness or giving away condition of the affected knee. if only pain is the problem it may be because of any other problem apart from acl keeping in mind your physio and rehab went well. pleasw meet your ortho for complete evaluation.
