Sudden pain After one Year of ACL surger
Last year I underwent ACL surgery. I had a step by step recovery, physiotherapy. I was feeling well and strong in my operated knee after a year. Now, suddenly iam feeling a pain in my operated knee. What would be the reason??? What should need to do???

How severe is your pain ? Any injury or any symptoms of loss of balance in that knee ?

A reconstructed ligament is subject to injury similar to normal knee. So that would be my first suspicion. Do get yourself examined and get X-rays done.

Assess your patellofemoral joint by getting a x-ray skyline view. It is the patellofemoral pain due to  sitting for long , sitting at lower heights and in knees bend.

only pain or associated with weakness or giving away condition of the affected knee. if only pain is the problem it may be because of any other problem apart from acl keeping in mind your physio and rehab went well. pleasw meet your ortho for complete evaluation.
