You  need Blood test  cbc, crp, esr Hrct chest . Sputum complete n microscopic zeil nelson staining. Tab Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for ten days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Montek lc one at night after food for seven days. Limcee500 two times a day after food to suck for five days.  No cold things.

Please share details   is cough related to change of weather, applying something over body, eating or drinking? Is there associated fever, throat pain,  etc symptoms? Get complete blood count with ESR,  blood sugar, crp, X Ray chest,  done and share results. Take tab  augmentin 625mg one every 12 hours for 5 days. Tab monteleukast 20mg one daily for 5 days. Dextromethorphan cough syp 5ml every 8hours for 5 days. Do hot saline gargles 3 times per day. Connect with results.
