Doctors, in my prescription written tab regestrone 5mg OD from 6th to 25th days × 3 months So now what does it mean from 6th ? To 25 days ? And what about 3 months because she also wrote 25th days ?

Take periods first day as DAY1 Start on 6th day upto 25th day
Stop u will get periods
Again start from 6th day

It's every month she has to start taking it from 6 th day of her period till 25 th day. After completing she will get her period within a week. Again she has to take it from 6 th to 25 th. Repeat it for 3 months.

Start counting the first day of periods as day 1 . Like that from day 5 till day 25 you need to take medication . After 25th day you stop and wait for periods. Once period starts again take it as 1st day and again from 5th day of period start medication till 25th day....like that you need to take for 3 months.
