Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area. You may have to visit your Doctor frequently (till such time the problem is solved). So a physical consultation will be better than a Tele-consultation.
Hello welcome
It may be due hormones imbalance or anemia or thyroid problems or infection.
If possible kindly do the following tests
1) urine routine and culture test
2) pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others
3) PT, INR and coagulation profile
4) HB level and peripheral smear study
5) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
This will narrow down your problem
You need antibiotics, analgesics and antihistamines along with douching of vagina with antiseptic solution for 5 days
For the time being, now you need to take coagulation agents to stop ongoing periods
