Menses will not be normal immediately after a d&c the reason for you d&c is also important. It can be advisable to get a consult to relieve immediate symptoms.

wait for menses. get symptomatic treatment for present symptoms an ultrasound if symptoms persist

Wait for 1 week to have periods. If only spotting persist get an ultrasound to rule out RPOC
