Periods delay due to emergency pill
Hello doctor, I took an emergency pill (Unwanted 72) on 16 Feb after unprotected sex. Since then my periods have not started. I am having lower abdomen, back and pelvic pain. I did 5 pregnancy tests and all are negative. Is this delay normal and what should I do
My last period date is 24 january
And currently from 6 days I have been experiencing pain in my thighs , calves , back, lower abdomen

Your last period date was 24 January.
You took emergency contraception on 16 February, that is 23 days after the previous period. That was a safe zone.
At times the emergency contraception causes amenorrhea. In that case the next period may come about 5 weeks after the date of taking emergency contraception.
So you can wait till about 18-19 March. You have already done a urine pregnancy test which is negative. So you are safe.

Assuming you have regular periods , a delay of more than 7 days after taking and emergency pill is uncommon .
You were right to do a urine pregnancy test to check for pregnancy and if 5 tests have showed absolutely no second line , then pregnancy can be ruled out with a some level of certainty.
Though the emergency pill is known to affect subsequent periods , such a prolonged delay needs to be evaluated for other factors , such as hormonal disbalances .
The bodyache maybe a sign of soon-to-come periods so let's hope for the best.

The reason for the delay is the intake of emergency pill
If the pregnancy test is negative u can take a medicine to help you get your periods
