Periods are regular or irregular
I am 32 year female ,weight 66,around age of 20 year I noticed my periods were irregular so visited gynac for same since then I was on medication ,at the age of 24 had my first child but after 1-2 year periods were irregular again I was on medication for the same..but during Covid time I was off the pills concentrated on diet exercise some how periods were regular.its been 3-4 years now periods regular but it's always 1 week late like if September 27 periods came so next period  will come 1-2 November,is it ok to be late 1 week or again I have to take medication ,recently did blood test my TSH level,FSH,T3,T4, all normal BSL value normal no bp issue but estrogen level 252. Plz guide?

1 week early or delay in menses is normal Continue diet control and exercises No need to take medicines
