Since when she is having periods? You should get investigated for thyroid profile, Prolactin level and USG done to rule out the cause. If everything is normal then this bleeding can be due to immature Hormonal Axis which necessitate hormonal treatment for the same

One Should not bleed before 21 days and the total days of bleeding should not last more than 7
