Today is your 19th day of period. So, if you have conceived , the embryo is just 4-5 days old (you could have conceived only 5 days earlier). So wait for some time. At this stage no urine pregnancy test or ultrasound may diagnose your pregnancy. You should do the test not earlier than one week after missing your period.
