Pregnancy
I am a 26-year-old female with regular 26–27 day menstrual cycles, currently trying to conceive naturally. My last period started on 6 May 2026, and I likely ovulated around 18–19 May. Since then, I have experienced mild lower abdominal cramps, pulling/stretching sensations in the uterus, white discharge, bloating, occasional headache, nausea/vomiting once, fatigue, and emotional anxiety. I started home pregnancy testing very early (around 7–9 DPO), and while some tests appeared negative, a few showed extremely faint T lines, especially with first morning urine, though the results have been inconsistent. My expected period is around 1–3 June. I would like medical guidance regarding whether this could still represent a very early pregnancy, implantation phase, or normal PMS/progesterone symptoms, and whether I should wait for my missed period or get a beta hCG blood test for confirmation.
