Period delayed
My period is generally irregular ranging from 27-35 days. The last period was 14th feb. However i had protected sex on 27th feb. The condom didnt break nor slip off. I am unable to calculate when i was ovulating. Anyhow i took a Home preg test on 21st with the first pee of the day and it was negative. Also i never used to exercise before. But i started exercising on a daily basis since jan end. I have read that new changes in routine could affect period cycle. Kindly help and suggest what should i do.

You have for your facts correct. Exercise, especially when it's not in your routine, can delay periods. Wait for another week. Of your don't get periods, consult a gynecologist, you will need progesterone for withdrawal
