My periods cycle is 45 days to 50 days. Should I take ginette 25 tablets to make it 30 days cycle?Is there any serious side effects from that tab?

You should interfere with your menstrual cycle when you are planning a pregnancy. Whatever treatment you take to regularise your cycles is only a temporary measure and you get artificial cycles under the effect of hormones. Not really indicated.
