Period concern
I got my cycle for 25-28 days every month regularly but my periods happen for only 2 days earlier flow was fine but now I experience light flow for 2 days my heemoglobin , thyroid is normal. I have got deficiency of b12 and vit d. I feel tired in morning as well. I don't have any stress related issues. Do i need to concern or is it normal?

So since your thyroid is fine, and if its not tested recently, you can repeat the test, otherwise nothing to worry , just correct other deficiencies and stressfree lifestyle with some physical activity may help! Connect for more!

If your thyroid levels  are normal and you are not overweight The less flow during period is not a matter of concern For the deficiency you can take supplements
