Yeah..it confirm no pregnancy  ...but emergency contraceptive medicine like I pill/unwanted 72,option72 causes menstrual irregularities  so you  should  avoid  it as backup  method for contraception ... use it only  in an emergency only. Use barriers  like  condom  ..for contraception as  well as  to avoid sexual transmitted diseases.
