Period after c section delivery
Hello I delivered a baby girl on 5th November 2024. My post delivery bleeding stopped after several weeks. But today i.e on 7th March 2025, I had bleeding. I have few queries regarding this - 1. Is it normal to get period 4 months after delivery sincer I am breast feeding? 2. Will my breast milk stop after getting period? Kindly advice

You can resume your periods after four months of your delivery. Both normal or C-section many factors effect redemption of periods. One of the most important is how exclusively you are breastfeeding. Your baby in case of mixed feeding or formula feeding period might resume early and there is always a risk of pregnancy in exclusive breast redemption is delayed and it helps as a contraception. Don’t worry, breast milk, quality, or amount does not change after resumption of periods
