Either normal delivery or c-section
I am 33 weeks pregnant having high liver enzymes above 100 and bile acid as well which is 22 so what can i expect a normal delivery or c-section. My BP also gets upto 130/85 or 90

First of all need to know why your liver enzymes are elevated Get scan done And then frequent monitoring Your mode of delivery will depend on that

You are 33 weeks pregnant. Still 7 weeks to go. But because of your liver enzymes you need a complete evaluation by a Gynaecologist and a General Physician. Most probably you will need an early Caesarean.

U should not be worried about normal or c section delivery,u need regular follow up with a obstetrician as ur bo is also on higher side Better get steroids covered

Mode of delivery depends on the pelvis and assessment of pelvis will reveal whether you can go for normal' or LSCS

You will have to go for pelvic assessment at 37 weeks Based on the findings induction of labour and normal vaginal delivery can be tried
