Hello Practo User , This is your Dentist - Kindly Upload an image of the painful Third molar region . On seeing the Image I would let you know whether you need to get it extracted or not. - Tab Clavum 625 mg 1 tab bd x 5 days - Tab Zerodol Sp 1 tab bd x 5 days - Tab Rantac 150 mg 1 tab bd before meal x 5 days - Warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day for  a week. Upon judging the image of the tooth and Xray if its available , I would suggest whether you need to get it extracted immediately or later. Cannot comment without seeing the tooth. Post me the image if possible and I would help you in every possible way. Good Day Thanks Alot.

It’s absolutely safe to get operated and remove the wisdom tooth,it will not leave side effect after extraction of the tooth. Tonsil stone and wisdom teeth doesn’t have any implication The operative is absolutely painless carried out under local anaesthesia.
