Perenous brevis tendon longitudinal tear
I have got a longitudinal tear in perenous brevis tendon. I was chronic pain from last 4 years in left foot. Unfortunately 2 months back I met with an accident and got fracture in right ankel medial malleous. A surgery was performed to fix screw in medial malleous. I'm on recovery stage now. What is the best possible treatment for Perenous Longus Tendon tear, if surgery when should I undergo for surgery.

If it is symptomatic then you can undergo surgery anytime irrespective of medial malleolus surgery.
