  4. Penis foreskin issue. Please help.

Penis foreskin issue
Dear Sir, Foreskin on my penis is dry  and I'm not able to pull it back, as it's very tight. After erection it is almost impossible to pull it back. While peeing also I'm not able to pee properly. Please help.
