Your symptoms are suggestive of a frenulum tear, frenulum is the name given to the area of sensitive skin on the underside of the penis, right near the center of the head. In intact men, this is the part of skin that attached the foreskin to the penis. In circumcised men, there may be no frenulum; more likely, there is some remnant of the frenulum there. I would advise you to visit general surgeon so that you can be evaluated and confirm the diagnosis so that you can be treated accordingly. The following steps may help:
- Avoid sex or masturbation for six weeks or longer if it hasnât healed fully.
- Avoid using excessive force and speed during masturbation and sex
- Be well lubricated before having coitus.
- Use condoms while having sex
- Keep the area clean and dry
- Maintain a high level of hygiene.
If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
