Peeing in bed in adulthood
I am 21 but unfortunately I still pee once or twice in a year.I don't why does this happen?How to get rid of this problem?

It can happen in a few adults Usually happens when you are stressed or physically very tired Observe when this is happening And try to avoid those situations If not we can give tablets for special instances like when you are traveling

You must go to toilet before hitting the bed. It will take about 5-6 hours before you feel the urge. Get urine test done (routine and microscopic). Get blood sugar levels gone. If all these are normal and the symptoms trouble you, you may have to consult a Psychiatrist.

You should avoid stress tensions... Avoid thinking about peeing.. don't consume water after 7.30pm.relax your mind.. so that will stop.
