This could be a sign of post-void dribbling, urinary retention, or urethritis. In a 17-year-old male, common causes include: Infection (UTI, prostatitis, or urethritis — often associated with burning, discharge) Pelvic floor dysfunction Anxiety or incomplete relaxation while voiding Recommendations: Encourage adequate hydration. Rule out UTI with a urine routine and culture. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider pelvic ultrasound (post-void residual volume) and urology referral. Avoid self-medication.
