Hello... I have been diagnosed with PCOS in the last year... And i have insulin resistance... I recently started weightloss and have lost 6 kgs... I got my periods after that... But they are more than 5 days... Is it normal to have periods back but are long even after weightloss, balanced diet nd excerise... And i also wanted to know about uterine fibrosis...

If your periods are 2-7 days long they are normal
