PCOS Supplements- any suggestions ?
I have PCOS. My gynae asked me not to take any meds and just loose weight. Ive tried but couldn't. Someone suggested me to take myo inositol. Please suggest if I can start that along with my diet. Also, what other supplements I should inculcate. Tired of my gynae not giving actual solution and just asking to reduce weight as If im not trying actively. Im 84kg - 159cm . I have vitamin deficiency too. Just need any good suggestions for exactly what supplements to inculcate generally in our daily life as a PCOS being.
