I am a medical student of age 19. I have pcos from 2 years. I have changed my lifestyle eating patterns and became healthier from last 2 months. Today I went for USG scan in my hospital. They gave me the following results. They just wrote the prescription needed But they haven't told me the progression or the extent of pcos. I just want to know whether the lifestyle changes I implemented in my journey are working or not. Please take a look. Thankyou.

You need to be educated about the fact that pcos is a condition that is since birth and will stay all through life in your body
The only way to prevent hormonal imbalance consequent to pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index
The diagnosis of pcos is when ovarian volume is more than10 CC
Pcos is not a disease that progresses or regresses
Also this would require lifestyle modification all thru your life
Lifestyle changes would definitely help. Be consistent. U might not see changes in the USG for quite sometime. Kindly connect to know more about PCOS and the dos and Don’ts
