I have pcos what should I do I am not in medication...what diet and medicine should i take.
I am 75kg..I have thyroid regularly I take thyronorm50

pcos means poly cystic ovarian disease. Here there is no ovulation OT delayed ovulation so there are formation of cyst at the peripheral. This is due to sedentary life and there is increasing level of testosterone in blood .and usually there are no periods or pds come in 21days. And some times there can be formation of cyst .
