Pcos obesity slow metabolism hot flashes
I am 32 years 87 kg female. I have pcos and obesity, mild anxiety , hot flashes in back of head and under breast. I am working so have sedentary lifestyle. I am taking cumin+cinnamon+methi water in empty stomach. Taking breakfast and lunch in calorie deficit. Doing intermittent fasting and skipping dinner. In night I am taking shatavari , karela, triphala guggulu, brahmi tablet. Along with haritaki powder and husk . I do 30 min morning walk and evening yoga. Is this enough to cure pcos , hot flashes and obesity?

Related to medicine--- I feel you are consuming over medication. For this you must consult doctor. By the explanation you have given in your query *PANCHAKARMA* is necessary. Related to food--- Instead of intermittent fasting go for food twice a day (10 am/7pm). It must contain balanced diet (with all 6 rasa). If you are taking curd, stop it. Can consume Buttermilk. There are restrictions to some perticular food items which needs history. Related to your lifestyle--- Continue with excercise and yoga. Must regularly follow abhyanga.
Next Steps
Consult an Ayurvedic physician for panchakarma and then start meditation.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and deep fried food. Do not sleep during day time.
