Pcos- no periods without pill
Hi. Im 33. Pcos for 5 yrs. Weight- 59. Married no kids (6yrs). Had one ectopic ( letrozole & methotrexate for abort). In scan, retroverted uterus. Blood report took on 3rd day of my periods - nov 2024 1. Fsh - 5.27 2. LH- 12.9 3. Prolactin- 26.7ng/ml 4. Estrogen- 29 pg/ml 5. Amh -7.66 My question is i am not getting periods without pills. Really getting frustrated because of this. I have maintained weight. Took healthy food. Nuts sprouts exercise. But still im not getting periods. Visited many docs. Now recently im getting back pain with leg pain  when white creamy discharge( not much) comes no foul smell. 1or 2days only. Pls help. I thank all doctors here for the time taken to help me out. Really grateful.
