I was diagnosed with PCOS, but I don't have symptoms of late periods and my periods are on time, yes sometimes the flow vary. But I am continuously gaining weight and having cravings. Recently one Gynae suggested me to take birth control pills for 6 months with 21 days of taking and 7 days of pausing. I have started it but I am getting many acnes on my face and my marriage is also nearby. I want to loose weight but because of laziness I am unable to be consistent. Also, I want the advice whether I should take the birth control pills or any other pills for PCOS.

Weight reduction is the most important factor.
Reducing atleast 4-5kg weight will play major role in treatment of PCOS.
If you are planning for pregnancy then I would suggest not to go for pills.
You may start tab Evacure twice daily
