Pcos symptoms??
I have no periods from 80 days (it was fine before my average period cycle was ~37 days) , my weight suddenly increased so much and have gained so much fat around my waist, my belly looks like a 7 month old pregnant woman also my face looks so much bloated (this sudden increase in weight is from 1 year which became so much from 6-7 months) before that i was so slim always from childhood. I feel fatigue, so much laziness and always sleepy also i get white hairs since some months. From 15 days i am noticing little blood while potty. Please help. So much issues. What to do😭😭

You need to take steps one by one First connect with the dietitian for a proper diet chart 80% of your body is what you are eating Second connect with a trainer Exercise 1 hour daily You will be easily able to lose weight once  there is a calorie deficit which means the intake of calories is less than what your body is spending Get your thyroid levels checked Get an ultrasound done to rule out pcos
