Pcos &pain in rightovary sonography done
Hi Sir/Ma'am I have been having PCOS for a very long time, my period is almost regular every month but bleeding is less and after exercise i am having pain in right ovary because right ovary size is 22ml and left is 12 ml I am also having facial hair issue and face pigmentation. (Sonography done last week and photo is attached) Pls suggest some medicine other than progesterone and estrogen because I have been taking these medicines for a long time but there is no relief my ovary size has increased from last year, In 2022 my ovary size was 11ml left ovary and 14 ml right ovary..
