PCOD is a wrong terminology it is not a disease but a syndrome that only requires Lifestyle modification
The diagnosis of pcos is when the ultrasound shows ovarian volume more than 10 CC
The volume has not be in mentioned in the ultrasound
The doctor doing the ultrasound is not very sure and hence has put a question mark
Even if it is pcos you only require Lifestyle modification
Exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index
