If your husband's semen report is normal then you should undergo (1).Diagnostic Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy to rull out other cause of infertility (2).Ovulation induction by injection and IUI for at least 4 cycles (3)IVF icsi procedure. For above all procedure require Gynaecologist and Infertility specialist, so kindly consult them for further Treatment. You will get fast result. Best of luck.

The main problems which come in pcos is chronic anovulation or inability to form good quality eggs.. So u may benefit by ovulation induction.
